Now reverse roles, so that the person who spoke listens to how he or she is perceived by the other for two minutes. Take two minutes of silence to get in touch with the deeper self, share anything you want to say and be silent again. Take a few minutes now with your eyes closed to reflect on the process you have just been through. Think about what you have heard and what you have said, and reflect on how much of it you think was perception and how much was projection. When you have had a chance to review the experience in your own mind, open your eyes and share your responses with your partner. Now is the time to give each other as much feedback as possible.
